Parent Notification of Routine Hearing Screening.  Hearing screening is conducted at Canyon Creek School as part of the Office of Public Instruction’s Hearing Conservation Program. Pure tone screening is mandated for students in grades K,1, and 10. This screening is designed to determine

Mrs. Murphy is seeking any and all volunteers to help with the First Annual Yellowstone County Middle School Musical Festival, Saturday, February 4. The festival is for band and choir students in grades 6-8 and will be held at Canyon Creek . If you are interested in volunteering your time to help set-up for the festival, oversee adjudication rooms, supervise students, assist at a concession stand, or help with the hospitality room throughout the day, please contact Mrs. Murphy at 656-4471 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. (Parents of band and choir students who already responded yes or maybe on the student information form at the beginning of the school year do not need to respond.)

Personal and corporate donations to help support the music festival are also requested. Donations will help to support the following: concession stand; hospitality room; adjudicator fees; and other costs associated with putting on a music festival. Donations will also help to reduce the entry fee for the participating schools. Please contact Mrs. Murphy if you would like to make a donation.
